I come before You today Father God,

with a grateful heart  

for it's the only way I know.

To show You how much I cherish

Your guidance that always helps me grow.

Once again You have guided me

through a very difficult time.

While my thoughts wanted to riot,

Your words continued to guide my mind.

Reminding me of Your promises,

an answer for all of life’s trials.

Bringing words into my remembrance

that took me that extra mile.

How easy the outcome seems now

as I gave You all my cares.

"To let go and let You Father God”

keep me from the enemy’s snare.

A grateful heart I bring You,

 for it has always been Yours to treasure.

For as I give to You,

You always giveback measure for measure.
